We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the MoMA Design Store. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items in their original condition and packaging within 90 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and print a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original product packaging and include the packing slip to ensure accurate processing of your refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
